SKILL ACQUISITION PROGRAM
FNSW Skill Acquisition Program provides a clear, professionally delivered development opportunity for young footballers in NSW which underpins the National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s and Women’s competitions.
Granville Rage is licensed to deliver the program for U9 - U12 boys, girls and mixed teams. Our objective is to provide the best possible development environment for young players, preparing them to play at the very highest levels in adulthood.

About the Program
Granville Rage is licensed by Football NSW to participate in the official Football NSW, Skills Acquisition Program (SAP) for players Under 9, 10 & 11. The SAP program provides youth players with an opportunity to experience an enhanced football environment, above that provided in community football that will prepare them for the technical and tactical challenges of Football NSW Elite Programs and Competitions.
At Rage our SAP program is led by our FFA Licensed coaches with training and development programs designed in line with the FFA National Curriculum and Small Sided Football Regulations.
There will be 2 teams in each age group. Below is the maximum squad numbers per age group team:
Under 9s - 10 players (8 boys & 2 girls) per Squad with two Squads (total 20 players). Games 7 v 7 format.
Under 10s - 12 players (10 boys & 2 girls) per Squad with two Squads (total 24 players). Games 9 v 9 format.
Under 11s - 12 players (10 boys & 2 girls) per Squad with two Squads (total 24 players). Games 9 v 9 format.
The season runs from March to September each year with training 3 nights per week as advised by our coaches.
